Introduction: Quality of Life at Work is the way people live their daily lives in their work environment; when the responsibilities attributed to the work role interfere with the performance of family activities, the Work-Family Conflict arises. Objective. To identify the scientific evidence reported in the period 2017-2022 and the factors associated with Quality of Life at Work and Work-Family Conflict. Method. Review of the scientific literature around the world published from 2017 to 2022, using the PRISMA guidelines. Results. After screening, 24 publications were selected, it was observed that the occupations mostly studied were health and administrative professionals, gender differences were reported in the perception of quality of life at work and in the presence of work-family conflict, the need for labor public policies that favor work-family reconciliation was evidenced. Conclusion. Quality of life at work and work-family conflict require study in a greater diversity of occupations, from a multidisciplinary approach that promotes compliance with labor standards and rights, workers’ participation, and collective organization to improve living and working conditions.
