      In this text, we seek to present in a dynamic manner, the way in which constitutional control, which is exercised by the Constitutional Court in Colombia,
      with regard to constitutional reforms, demarcating the complexity and non-uniformity with which the controls have been generated, causing the law to change by virtue of the content of these decisions. Likewise, a finding was established, relevant for those interested in constitutional issues, related to the assessment of the strategies established by the constituent, in order to maintain the integrity and stabilization of the Constitution, in the case of re-election. presidential in Colombia.
