Criminal radical functionalism from bioethics

Bioethics admits to reflect on the question: How does criminal functionalism and bioethics relate to crimes, especially those that threaten public safety? The objective is to describe the sociological schools that have endowed functionalism in criminal matters and its relationship with bioethics. This article suggests
some lines of the thinking of principialist bioethics, the personalist and systemic sociological. Through interpretative documentary research and the reflexive process it is based on the information obtained and analyzed in texts and articles of indexed journals, with critical analysis of discourse. It stands out as
the main conclusion that current criminal law needs a bioethical analysis so that human dignity is not undermined.
