The present research work shows an application of a mathematical algorithm based on a linear programming model, with which a solution is given to the raw material inventory management problem presented by the company "Kjantu Collection" in its warehouses, in the It is not known how much should be invested in a given period or how much the total merchandise is valued. The objective of the research is to apply a raw material inventory control model through the use of linear programming that contributes to decision making within the company Kjantu Collection S.A.C using the WinQSB software. In support of the solution of the model, the WinQSB software is used, whose results managed to obtain the optimal quantities for the company Kjantu Collection S.A.C with which the downtimes in the production of the different garments of the company will be eliminated, it was also possible to determine the costs per period in the production of each garment.
