From the business practice carried out in Processa Powered by Evertec, knowledge was acquired related to the activities that are managed within the certification area (Quality Assurance) of the organization, carrying out processes to guarantee the generation of good practices during certification activities of the development components for bank transactions, DNN portals, information from databases and other products offered by the entity, maintaining high standards in the handling of processes and sensitive information for the client, complying with the ANS (Levels Agreements Service) established within the service provision contracts. During the internship, process improvement activities were carried out within the certification area, including new methods and test automations, to fully meet the client’s needs, taking into account the activities stipulated in the CMMI
(Capability Maturity Model) practices Integration).
